A fresh, funky and cutting edge conceptual art photographer, Toby is also highly accomplished in a number of fields.
Of Swiss-American heritage, and fluent in both English and Swiss-German, Toby could be likened to a modern-day Renaissance Man. During his junior high school years he attended the highly acclaimed The Vanguard School in South Wales, Florida. His first two years of high school were spent at Tampa Preparatory High School in Tampa, Florida, and during his senior year he attended the American International School of Zurich, at Kilchberg,
Toby continued to pursue higher education after graduating from high school and attended the following:
New England College, Henniker, New Hampshire, USA, studied 3DD-Design
Schule fur Gestaltung, Zurich, Switzerland, studied Colour Theory
Wimbledon School of Art & Design, London, England, studied 3DD-Design, (B-TEC) & Foundation Course
Oregon College of Art & Craft, Portland, studied Oregon, Furniture Design, Mechanical Construction.
From 1999 to 2012 he worked as a Freelance Photographer in Zurich, Switzerland, and also constructed over 250 Lenses for Cameras.
Now, Toby continues to work in Freelance Photography and Design, as well as pursuing a career as an Inventor of specialty camera lenses. He recently received a Domestic Utility Patent for a new Lens Technology, with Copyright & Trademarks already in place.
